1. AFAIK, it is against ebay rules to say that the tractor is also for sale locally. Frankly it's only fair because otherwise everyone could do that. Just pay in cash say it was sold locally and shirk the bill for listing.
2. Only buy what you feel comfortable with. I bought one tractor off ebay sight unseen, and it turned out better than described. The others were looked at first.
