Those have a locking nut without a cotter pin and should be replaced for safety. On a 2 wheel drive, the front rotors also contain the wheel bearing, which is a sealed unit. 4 wheel drives use a conventional composite setup. Those rotors require special(i.e. expensive)adapters to machine them. I doubt anyone will have the adapters for their lathe. You may have to replace them or leave them alone. New rotors come with new wheel bearings installed (i.e. expensive).
