Thats what happes when dismounting somtimes. From the picks, Id indeed say you have a Good, used tire, that is still usable, and if tread and sidwalls are good, you'll be fine. The spots shown in the picture will be hid by the rim, and you will forget about them soon enough. As pointed out, Id use a tube too, though Ill add Id be sure to buy a BRAND NEW TUBE.
