Randy I have a 03 F250 4x4 regular cab that I bought new. It's got around 140k on it now. Other than 1 set of brakes, ball joints, and one battery I haven't touch it other than oil changes about every 5000 miles. It's been a good truck but the 5.4 ain't no power house. It will pull my loaded 24' enclosed trailer with two Ford tractors in it but that's about all it wants and that's down here on this flat ground. I get around 14 mpg back and forth to work but hook the boat or the big trailer to it and it will drop below 10. All in all it's been a dang reliable truck. I wouldn't be afraid of one with 190k on it if it was taken care of
