I have a Ford 5600 that tends to idle high once its warm. But today after moving for an hour or so the RPMs kept increasing and I had to use the fuel shutoff to bring it back down. I was able to mow by keeping the fuel shutoff out just a little, but if I pushed it all the way it the engine would rev back up to 2500-2500 RPM. What is causing this?
