I never used it until my last computer was eaten from the ground up last November. Never found out what did it but I lost a lot of stuff. Seems like all these AV software companies are very aggressive and once the product is on your computer it is difficult to get rid of if you do not like it. This computer came with Norton and I did not like it and uninstalled. It still tells me every single day that I need to update Norton. I bought a package from AVG and it seems to do a good job. No problems as of yet.
