I had to abandon my old two inch because there was a hole in the casing. The check is down in the bottom of those I guess. At least that's what the well guys told me. Something about them circulating water from the drop pipe back down the casing and it wouldn't hold pressure,kept kicking on and off constantly. After they put the new 5 inch in,they cut the pipe off on the 2 inch and filled it with concrete or something.
