Down on the motor,the cable is clamped to the boy a couple inches or so from the carb.Lossen the clamp and move the cable a bit.If you move it the wrong way the first time,loosten and move the other way.Try it a couple of times to get it 'right'.Forget ebay. go to a farm equipment dealer or 'farm store' ask for a section rConsider changeing to bolts instead of rivets. You dont need a rivet tool. just 'set' the rivet with a ball pien hammer.
