A few weeks ago Lowes was running an ad on national TV advising all Hunter ceiling fans were on sale, 20% off. It did not ring up at the sale price and some sort of mid-level manager said their store already had their sale. I sent an email to Lowes Corporate site, the store manager called me the next day advising I could buy all I wanted at 20% off. I thought they were prompt and professional at resolving the issue.
