I have moved a couple that size,with a tractor and loader. Just put a chain around it as high as we could. Pulled it over with the loader. Then found the balance point and set it on a car hauling trailer. The one I have at home to store horse corn is two rings. I cut the bottoms out of 4 five gallon buckets. Dug post holes 3 ft deep then set the buckets in the holes and leveled the tops. filled with sackcret. still good 22 yrs later. Oh put 1/2 bolts 6 inches long in the concrete sticking up 2 inches.
