We have both and the 4640 will be better in the field simply because the 1566 always has one gear to fast and one that is to slow there's no in between where the 4640 you can get a gear that's right on, and our 4640 outweighs our 1566, a 1566 doesn't weigh very much my 2-155 white and MM g1355 outweigh it big time
