Scott I agree about what you have said but which way do you think racism is going?? I think the white towards black racism is declining and has been for years. Black toward white racism is increasing.
The race baiters have convinced a whole generation of young blacks they are "victims". Then since they are "victims" they do not have to conform to normal community standards. So it becomes alright to steal as long as it is from a race other than your own. It is alright to beat up someone as long as they are not of your race. This just accelerates the downward spiral many of these young people are on.
It breaks my heart to see these young people not take advantage of the opportunities this nation has. No one is teaching them that it takes work to better yourself regardless of your race.
Of the many issues facing minorities today racism is not the top one. Poor education and the disintegration of the family unit are much bigger issues.
