A point of information here..... Hispanic technically means that one is from or descended from the island of Hispaniola. That island contains two counties - Haiti and the Dominican Republic. I get tired of that incorrect reference to people that happen to speak Spanish. I speak Spanish myself. Does that make me "Hispanic"? I think not. I'm actually Italian of descent. Mexican (as was your reference) is more likely descended from invading Spanish and Aztecs. Another point of information is that ethnicity has NOTHING to do with one's propensity toward crime or criminal acts. There are good and bad among ALL ethnicities. Try to remember that some of the worst criminals in our country were WASP American - from the gangsters of the '30s to the mass murderers that so often make the news.
