Hi Ben, is it a Diesel? Then dirty fuel filter(s) or junk clogging the outlet of the fuel tank. If fuel filter(s) do not fix the problem then with a clean bucket to catch the Diesel fuel, remove the fuel line that comes from the tank and goes into the first fuel filter and let in drain into the bucket. The fuel should flow the full of the pipe. You can blow compressed air back into the tank and that will be a short term fix. Permanent fix is to drain both sides of fuel tank and remove the outlets and clean outlets and tank.
