I 70 West, which uses the new river bridge and goes on the north side of the city out past the airport and past Ferguson,not much to see.
I 64 W takes you across the old a rough Popular Street river bridge, past the Arch were you can snap a few pic's.
The bridge area and around the arch is under construction and a mess. You will spend more time trying to get to the arch that you will for a visit. Your Choice.
Also forest Park, the Zoo, and everything else that was mentioned is off I 64.
The mileage and time between the two routes are very close.
