I used to teach a class of slow students. Got sick of them always failing the simple tests so let them pair up to take the tests. Everybodys scores jumped 20 to 30 points except one pairs of guys. Whereas before either one could score 30 or 40 on a test, they always scored a 10 when they took it together!
