Here is one way of doing it: find yourself any size rim with the 5 x 4 1/2 pattern on it, then find a 13" rim. Take both to the machine shop and have the center from the 5x4-1/2 put on the 13" rim. Sorry I can't be of more help... my 5 bolt Ranger had 14" tires.
