I don't know if they owned real estate, but they must have owned one very fancy airplane. The company that filed the judgement does aircraft interiors and the judgement is for $294,873.75. The interior of that plane must have been gold plated.
Don't know if it makes any difference, but the judgement is not filed in the county where I live and where the property is located.
I had applied to my credit union for a home equity loan. I think they found the judgement by doing some sort of name search.
