I thought about LED; and a spot light would be easy. All I would have to do is swallow the extra cost over a halogen bulb of the same lumen.
I already have the batteries installed for my trolling motor so spending extra on the bulbs and saving on the amount of batteries needed is not a option. That is if my two batteries will handle this load.
Finding a A19 LED bulb was easy. What I could not do is find a A19 LED bulb in 12 volts.
