I've been doing this stuff darned near as long as "OL JohnT", and the funny part is, ONCE in a while "tomorrow" DOES come and the low-ball guy DOES come back with CASH for the asking price.
Had that happen just a few days ago with an 80's Dorf pickup. And he brought is CUTE "significant other" to hand over the cash.
Surprised the heck out of me, and even more so, my son, who I am trying to teach the "art of the deal".
