Is that a stricter sect of Mennonite? Seems odd they cant have pneumatic tires on the tractors but they can on the wagons and trailers. Are they able to have vehicles?
The ones around me here in central MN have regular tractors and equipment and cell phones. They just have to have black or very dark vehicles that cant have radios in. They can remove the antenna and still use the cassette deck or CD player though.
