Yes the Loadstars are a good truck and will take a lot of abuse from careless operators. A 1600 series like mine is usually rated around the 20,000 GVW but it can vary with tire, spring and axle options. Mine has the 8x15 grain box which easily holds 350 bushels wheat. Yes, that is way over the GVW by about 10,000 pounds but the truck did it for years and no problems. And it is just a little 304 engine under the hood.
