Very likely condensation. Where I live it tends to be very humid, and my 2000 Ford sits in the machine shed. On start up it will blow a good puff of white smoke out, and then a few droplets of liquid, and then it stops. I thought at first it was a cracked head, etc, but after checking and rechecking the coolant, I know it has to be simple condensation.
