David, I had to chuckle over "Sauerkraut days". Not that it surprises me, but I just had never heard of it. Then again, there is a day for almost everything, and since there are only 365 days in a year, there is often three, four or more "days" being observed at once, and if you have a chart that lists them all, it becomes downright funny at some of the combinations. Is this sauerkraut only, or do you have beer and brats to go with it? Wish I could attend. Y'all have fun.
