Okay, my original question is if your kawasaki engines are pressure lubed or slinger lubed? Most automobile engines have the oil going through the oil pump, filter, and then the rotating parts of the engine. Most small engines with an oil filter have a slinger-type system that is not pressurized. If they do have an oil filter, the oil goes through the oil pump, through the filter and then drops down into the sump. In other words, the oil filter could completely plug up and the engine would still run without harm. So....what type of system is on your Kawasaki? If it's just a slinger system with an oil filter, it really doesn't matter the oil filter type. A repeat question: Do these Stens have the internal plastic cage?
