Personally i wouldnt even worry about the CDL issue. Sometimes you have to do what you got to do. I really dont even see that as a big problem. You just drove a few miles back home. About the lady, well now days you just never know, its not like it used to be where when someone told you a story like that ,they actually needed just gas to go home.Im really sorry for the lady and the kids and i hope they got home safe. But i wouldnt loose any sleep over it and thats not being cold hearted its just because the times have changed. You and your Son made it home safe thats the main thing.
