Hard to find one that nice anymore. Has hydraulics,disc brakes unless my eyes deceive me. Hood's been cut for that muffler,that's not a good thing. Maybe priced a little high,but might be that way to make room for a little dickering,but if you had to buy the curtains and steps and put them on a cheap one,you'd be right back up there anyway.
