O'Reilly's? My grandson just quit one of the local O'Reilly's stores. Minimum wage job, and screw around with your hours. Once a day is enough to go into work - they wanted him to go home in mid-day, then come back later for a couple more hours - all for minimum wage. He found another job working three days a week for the same weekly pay that he made at O'Reilly's, and then he found a Saturday job for icing on the cake. I know you can't pay a kid right out of college the same that you'd pay an old guy with 20 years experience, but at the rate they're going, they'll never have anyone with more than a few months experience. You just can't expect much from a minimum wage worker, especially if he's actively looking for a decent job - and who wouldn't be looking for better conditions.
