All aftermarket remote starts are junk. The "quality" of most installations just make them worse. Always amazed me at the dealership when people would install those, then come in in the winter complaining of poor fuel mileage. Well, duh! I had one new car brought straight from the electronics install that would not shut off due to the remote installation. I told them to take it back where the remote start was installed, because if I looked at it they were paying.
