It is hard to believe how gullible or maybe stupid a lot of people are. I just heard on the news that they are opening a new outlet mall in Shelby Co. KY, about 50 miles from me. For only $50 per person you can go shopping the night before it opens. Some people will do that won't they. Like the open houses that house builders do. People buy tickets to look at houses for sale, knowing that they aren't going to buy one anyway.
