the trans/hyd are one compartment on your 1030, should hold 17 gallon, I recommend Case Hy-Tran oil, the fill/check is at the LH side of the pto housing.make sure the add/full tab is slid all the way to the top of the stick (these can move by accident and give you a false reading, you should have a hyd filter under the platform and to the RH side, as for draining if my memory is still on track you will have three drain plugs, drain them all cnt
