You can try the other suggestions and have the ear welded back on, and that should work as long as the housing doesn't warp from the heat. That said, if you got that route you'll need a seal kit, because you don't want to try to reuse the old seals. Ever pump I have ever had apart, be it a Vickers vane, or otherwise, the seals have already taken a set and it's not unusual for them not to seal the second go 'round.
That said, try the two links below. The first has a lot of stuff, but the second seems to be geared more toward the older stuff, so they just might have a good, new pump for you, or one that has been damaged that you can get the needed part off of. Good luck.
