650/750 never had live pto on the rear . They do have a built in overrunning clutch on the rear pto. You could get a front pto that was live but it was made for attachments like mower deck and snowblower.
JDSELLER may be thinking of the 850 which after a certain serial number range offer 4x4 and live pto.
