Half a dozen years ago had a similar problem on my 450B. It was a cylinder liner O-ring. While I was at it I did an in-chassis rebuild and I got the parts from someone I know and he said not to rebuild if you don't do injectors and pump because too much fuel could ruin a fresh rebuild. Also made me buy new head bolts. He was the machinist at the auto parts store and knew the things likely to go wrong.
