I think that the value would be closer to the $1500-1750 for the condition it is in. You can buy TO-30s with good tires and paint for $2000 and under.
Just a question, I have never seen a TO 30 with an hour meter on it. My maternal Grand Father had 1952 TO 30 and it did not have an hour meter or tachometer. I know they made the TO 30 for another few years, did the later ones have an hour meter???
