Where the gas valve/sediment bowl assembly screws into the bottom of the tank on my Allis Chalmers WD, it leaks (a slow leak, but a leak none the less). So what are my good options for sealing this connection up when I put the gas valve back in?
Also, the stopcock valve on my sediment bowl started to leak as well recently (and the freaking thing is only a few years old), so I bought some graphite packing material (should be here in a day or two) to repack it myself. Anyone else have luck with this?
