So far this year they have completely ruined my young cherry tree. They've put about a thousand holes in every leave while turning each one brown. Will the tree come back next year or should I just rip it out now? Now they are starting in on my apple tree. Last nigjt i shook the tree and it was like it was raining beetles. Anyone know of a home remedy spray I can do? I once heard baking soda and water?? My grape vines have a few but that is typical. I don't want to go crazy with chemicals, not because I'm ones if those weenie green people but because my 2 year old son walks around the property snacking on the garden and growing fruit.
