If they can afford to live on Long Island, and afford to have horses there, I wouldn't feel too sorry for them or spend too much time trying to help them save $50 on hay. They need to pay up and pay dear for it. The poor guy baling and delivering the hay has plenty of expenses to get the product to them. They need to help him make a living.
