thanks everyone and i agree, im waiting for rrlund to chime in. i talked to the guy on the phone and he seem to be trying be as honest as he can, he said it came with the property he bought 6 years ago, he put marvel oil or something like that and got it to spin but it won't start and it is obvious that it got overheated and he don't know if something got bent or not when it overheated. the tire just needs a new tube, the block is not cracked or damaged by looking at it. we'll see what our expert has to say, last i heard the tire guy is bringing him out a new tire today (not fun)
