Our daughter got a job in Omaha, and is in the process of moving there from Falls Church, VA.
She'll drive her car to Omaha, a '13 Hyundai Veloster. She is officially out of her apartment this afternoon, but she'll crash with friends tonight and tomorrow night so she doesn't have to be on the road on the 4th.
One benefit of her being in Omaha is my wife and I can go anywhere we want on vacation. When she was in the DC area, we were pretty much locked into going there all the time. I enjoy the DC area, but there's a lot of the west end of this country I'd like to poke around in, also.
