ih_bug, Diesel didn't jump that much in the past year here to justify that increase. It just became greed. Now about fuel oil prices,since we are exporting it, seems to me we are having a surplus on hand. But since I haven't seen the price go down here or heard of it elsewhere, I still say it's Greedy people. The exec's figure their bonuses aren't enough.
Remember when the ad for 55 saves lives,fuel and money? I see where they are increasing the speed limit in areas,just think, going faster burns more fuel,so they will continue increase the MPH on the highways and rake in more bonus's. Most highways aren't safe enough to drive 75 mph on,let alone 55mph. As long as people go faster, and buy more fuel, execs are happy.But thats just my opinion. Regards, LOU
