Horn sounds familiar.....Dad bought our first loader (well used) in 62 or 63.....had cyl and cables like that with similar shaft under the belly of the WD. Clumsy thing but better than a fork. The one I bought in 72 when I started farming might have been a Horn.....shaft under WD was similar, but no cables....all mechanical linkage to lift. Mtg brackets were on rear axle. On second thought....Caswell brand comes to mind.....
