We started with a NH 258 and decided that we would save a lot of time having a 2nd rake, when we had the 2 in parallel we did a real simple bar hitch across the back of the first rake to pull the 2nd, worked great , we dont travel the road with our rakes so there was no need for a larger, steerable double hitch...
you should have good luck finding a 2nd bar rake...the market here has gone down considerably in price the last 3 or 4 years...a beat NH was going for $2500 a few years ago now can be had for $1000... if you end up finding a RH rake to go with your 660, I can send you dimensions for our double setup...took a bit of guess work, cuts and re-welds...
