2 years into a 3 year warranty, coupled with the full bore retail they will charge for the replacement, will result in more cost to you than getting some on sale somewhere else. You really don't want another 36 month battery, anyhow- that's bottom of the line cheap, and probably won't work any better than the first ones did.
And as said by others, get two matching new ones, and use your remaining good battery somewhere else in a single battery rig.
