Does a 1964 internation 424 tractor have a filter or just an orfice to clean for the lift on the 3point hitch. Mine wants to pulse up n down sometimes or not work till I play with it a couple times. There does not seem to be a filter in the manual but I've read some do and some don't. Any advice how to fix would be appreciated. Thanks, Rodney
