I just did this on my New Idea 290 9'cut. For just the guards, hold downs, and wear plates (the Hesston may not need wear plates) it was a little over $300 from Webb's sickle service. I bought some extra guards for both of our machines and some extra sections too, so all told I had just over $400 in my purchase.
