Well just got back from dropping the oldest boy off at diabetes overnight camp. With the youngest going to day camp this week. Most of you know I am the PROUD father of 2 boys with type 1 diabetes. My hat is off to the American diabetes assc and the local ymca camp to have camp 2 weeks out of the summer for type 1 kids. With the trained staff and ACTUALL endo docs on site for emergencies we can have piece of mind they will be there when we get back. Now what do I do about not having my shadow for a entire week. God bless them and pray for the counselors not getting the best rest . Trucker.
