I worked on the 9500 yesterday all day to get it ready to cut. It is about half greased and ready but I keep finding little things to replace. About half the sickle sections got done yesterday. The wheat may be ready about Sunday. I have to get Deere back out to work on limit switches for the unloading auger. Yesterday was the first day that I saw it open since they worked on it and it over-extends too far. About the time it bends the ram on that cylinder things will come to a grinding stop!
I'm not expecting too much from wheat this year. There will be patches I skip due to weeds and just knock down with the rotary mower. Beans will definately be better as long as they can be sprayed in time. Maybe this afternoon.
