After pulling up fox sounds on you tube, I have decided it it was the alarm call of a fox. The fact that it was so close and stayed so long kinda bothers me. My animals are vaccinated for rabies, but my wife and I and the grandkids are not. I worry about the grandkids out playing in the yard when they are here. We had to dispose of a pup and a cat a couple of years ago when they were attacked by a skunk that tested positive for rabies. Thanks for your replies. Richard in NW SC
