I had a new rear bearing installed on my tractor, I pulled the axle and took it to them, I have it all put back together now the hub will not turn, i loosen the bolts on the retainer, and then i can turn the hub with one finger, could the retainer be warped,?+or is this normal not to be able to turn the hub, with the bolts all tight, tire and wheel off,,,,,can some one tell me why?
